Its creation was initiated through alliances with innovative companies and market leaders in the areas of lasers and digital diagnostics.

In 2006, Melora do Brasil Derm became part of IFC Group. The quickly growing Brazilian company resides in the second largest dermatology and aesthetic market in the world.

HDP Medical was acquired by IFC Group in 2007, creating an opportunity for the group to reach dermatologists throughout the Benelux Region and to develop synergies with important in-licensing partners.
